Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
